Beef Per Quarter:

Please note, the final price of beef will be determined by the hanging weight and priced per pound along with a kill fee charged by the butcher. All beef purchases will require a $250/quarter, $500/half, $750/three-quarters, or $1,000/whole non-refundable deposit that will be credited to the final invoice according to the hanging weight.
