TERMS & CONDITIONS

Orders

-All beef purchases will require a $250/quarter, $500/half, or $1,000/whole non-refundable deposit that will be credited to the final invoice according to the hanging weight. 

-There will be a kill fee included on your final invoice split evenly between customers.

 

-All beef orders are charged by the pound based on the hanging weight at the butcher. 

Butchering and Pick-Up

-All beef must be brand-inspected prior to harvest. 

-Only CDFA/USDA-approved slaughterers may be used to harvest animals. 

-All animals must go to a CDFA/USDA-approved butcher, no exceptions. 

-All of your beef portion must be paid to us prior to picking up your meat from the butcher.

-Cutting and wrapping charges are to be paid by the customer at time of pick up from butcher.
